How we work, and why

A large share of the systems we are called in to fix were never faulty. They were specified from a catalogue for a site nobody had visited — optical fingerprint readers for a workforce whose fingerprints were worn down by manual labour, one terminal for three hundred people arriving at the same moment, an indoor unit bolted to an unshaded gate in Mussafah.

None of those fail dramatically. They fail intermittently, which is worse, because staff lose confidence and supervisors start overriding. Within a few weeks the workaround has become the process and the system is producing worse data than the paper sheet it replaced.

So we survey first, we test biometric enrolment on a sample of your actual staff before you buy, and we tell you when the cheaper option is the right one. We would rather lose the upsell than be called back in year two.

What we supply

Hardware, software, installation, configuration, training and ongoing support as one package and one quotation. We are platform-agnostic across the main manufacturers, which means we have no reason to steer you toward a device that does not suit your site. We also support hardware bought elsewhere, where the platform allows it.
