Solution
Reconcile camp, bus and site into one headcount
- UAE Labour Law aware
- Free site survey
- All 7 emirates
Why this comes up
Large workforces housed in accommodation and bussed to site are counted at least three times each morning, by different people, on different sheets. The counts rarely match. Supervisors spend the first hour of the day reconciling instead of working, and the payroll figure that eventually emerges is the one nobody had the energy to challenge.
Our approach
How we solve it
- 01
Log the movement, not just the day
Terminals at the accommodation gate, on the bus where required, and at the site entrance record each worker's movement. The system reconciles the three points automatically and flags only the exceptions.
- 02
Build for no connectivity
Remote sites and accommodations frequently have no fixed internet. Terminals buffer punches locally in the tens of thousands and sync over 4G or when a link becomes available. Nothing depends on the connection being up at the moment of the punch.
- 03
Specify hardware for the environment
Dust, heat and worn fingerprints define what works. Face recognition and IP-rated outdoor housings are the norm, and we test enrolment on your actual workforce during the survey rather than assuming.
- 04
Report the way the contract requires
Manpower histograms, per-project headcount and daily muster reports in the format your main contractor or client asks for, exported per project or cost code.

Questions
Labour Camps — FAQ
What happens when a worker is at the camp but does not board the bus?
The system flags the exception — recorded at the accommodation, absent from the site punch — so the supervisor investigates that one worker rather than recounting the whole group. This exception-based approach is what removes the morning reconciliation exercise.
Can we track subcontractor labour separately from our own?
Yes. Subcontractor workers are enrolled against their employer with an expiry date, included in site headcount and manpower reports, and excluded from your payroll. Most clients need both views — total on site, and own-payroll only.
Our accommodation has no internet at all. Is that workable?
Yes. Either a 4G terminal with a data SIM, or local buffering with a periodic sync when a laptop or link is available. The punches are captured and retained regardless of when they are transmitted.
