ZKTeco is the volume brand in the UAE attendance market, and for good reason: the range runs from a sub-thousand-dirham fingerprint clock to face and palm terminals that hold tens of thousands of templates, all on one software platform. Parts and replacements are held locally rather than ordered in, which matters more than buyers expect — a failed terminal that takes three weeks to replace is a system people stop using. The trade-off is that 'we quoted you ZKTeco' tells you almost nothing on its own. The gap between the entry and flagship units is large, and the specification is what determines whether the system survives your site.

Which ZKTeco model should we buy?
It depends on your staff's hands and your entrance, not your budget line. Clean-handed office at one door: BioPro SA40. Offices, clinics or anywhere touch is resisted: SpeedFace-V5L. Internal doors needing access control: F18. Multi-branch wanting one cloud dashboard: Horus E1. We test enrolment on a sample of your actual staff during the free survey before recommending, because the wrong technology fails intermittently rather than obviously.
Do you supply ZKTeco devices without installation?
Yes. Supply-only is available and we include remote configuration guidance. Most clients still take installation because device placement — height, lighting, distance from the door — affects day-to-day reliability more than the model choice does.
Can you support ZKTeco devices we already own?
Usually, yes. Many existing ZKTeco terminals can be brought onto new software rather than replaced, which avoids scrapping working hardware. Send us the model numbers and we will confirm before you commit — if a unit is too old to support properly, we will tell you.
What is the warranty and what happens if a unit fails?
Hardware carries a one-year warranty as standard. Because ZKTeco parts are held locally in the UAE, a failed unit is normally swapped rather than sent away for repair — we keep swap units so a site is not down while a claim is processed.
