Door access control with cabling through occupied premises takes longer and is usually scheduled over a weekend. Turnstiles involve civil works and run to weeks, driven by supply lead time.

Yes. Handover includes training your HR or admin team on enrolment, reporting and payroll export, plus documentation. Software and configuration support is remote and same-day. Hardware support is on-site, with response times set by your support contract and stated honestly per emirate — we do not promise four hours in Fujairah.

Yes, with proper handling. UAE data protection law treats biometric data as sensitive personal data requiring a lawful basis, employee notice and appropriate security measures. Modern terminals store an irreversible mathematical template rather than a fingerprint image or photograph, which materially reduces exposure. We provide a template employee notice at handover and can deploy on-premise where data must remain on your own server. Yes. Supply-only is available and we include remote configuration guidance. Most clients still choose installation because device placement — height, lighting, distance from the door — affects daily reliability more than the model choice does.

Often, yes. Many common terminals can be brought onto new software, which avoids replacing working hardware. Tell us the make and model at enquiry stage and we will confirm before you commit — if the answer is no, we will say so rather than sell you a migration that will not work.

All seven. Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah are covered same-day to 48 hours. Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain are covered with realistic lead times of two to three working days, usually combining survey and installation into one trip to keep your cost down.
