We install your own terminals inside your tenancy for attendance and, where the landlord permits, read the same credential so staff carry one card. Where the landlord's system is closed, we run attendance independently — which is the more common outcome.

SIRA regulation applies to security systems — primarily CCTV and guarding — rather than to time attendance. Where your project combines door access control with a monitored security installation, or where the building is a category that SIRA covers, approval and a SIRA-licensed installer are needed. We flag this at survey stage and work alongside a SIRA-licensed partner when your scope requires it.
