Do you install in Sharjah Industrial Area and SAIF Zone?

Yes — these are among our most frequent installation locations. SAIF Zone and Hamriyah require a free zone gate pass for our engineers, which we arrange before the installation date. Industrial Areas 1 through 18 need no special permit and can usually be attended within 24 to 48 hours.

Fingerprint readers keep failing on our factory floor. What is the alternative?

This is the single most common Sharjah complaint, and it is a genuine limitation rather than a faulty device — worn fingerprints, dust, gloves, oil and cuts all defeat optical sensors. The reliable answers are face recognition terminals, palm vein readers, or a card-plus-PIN fallback for the minority of staff who cannot enrol. We test enrolment quality on your actual workforce during the survey before recommending a technology.

We run three shifts including nights. Can the software handle the rota?

Yes. Shifts crossing midnight, rotating patterns, split shifts and night differentials are all configurable, and the system assigns each punch to the correct shift automatically rather than to the calendar day. Overtime above contracted hours is calculated per UAE Labour Law rates and exported to payroll.

Do you supply hardware only, without installation?

Yes. Supply-only is available for companies with an in-house IT or maintenance team, and we include enrolment guidance and remote software configuration support. Most Sharjah industrial clients still opt for installation because device placement — height, lighting, distance from the door — has more effect on daily reliability than the device model does.
