Solution
Every branch, every emirate, one dashboard
- UAE Labour Law aware
- Free site survey
- All 7 emirates
Why this comes up
A business operating across several branches or emirates ends up with an attendance process per location. Head office receives inconsistent files at month end, consolidation takes days, and by the time errors surface payroll has already run. Adding a branch means repeating the whole setup.
Our approach
How we solve it
- 01
One cloud account, unlimited locations
Every branch connects to the same account. No per-site server, no VPN between locations, no separate database to reconcile. Head office sees live data from every location.
- 02
Ship a device, add a branch
New locations are added by sending a pre-configured terminal. It connects over wifi or 4G and appears in the dashboard. No IT visit and no new project.
- 03
Control who sees what
Branch managers see their own outlet, area managers see their cluster, head office sees everything. Payroll-sensitive data is permissioned separately from day-to-day attendance.
- 04
Consolidate without waiting for month end
Group-level reporting runs any time across all locations, with per-branch, per-region and per-emirate breakdowns and exception alerts for late arrivals and no-shows.

Questions
Multi-Branch — FAQ
Do we need a server or IT person at each branch?
No. That is the main reason multi-branch operations choose cloud. The terminal needs power and a connection — nothing else runs locally, and there is nothing at the branch to maintain or back up.
Can we report per emirate as well as per branch?
Yes. Locations can be grouped into regions or emirates, so you can report Dubai branches together, compare emirates, or drill into a single outlet from the same dashboard.
What if one branch loses internet?
Its terminal keeps recording locally and syncs when the connection returns. Other branches are unaffected, and the dashboard shows which location is currently offline so you are not left guessing why a branch looks empty.
