It supports Ethernet, RS-485 (OSDP V2), Wiegand in/out, PoE. In UAE installations we normally run terminals on wired Ethernet, keeping wireless as the fallback where cabling is impractical.
What software runs the Suprema XPass 2?
It works with Suprema's BioStar X security platform. We connect the attendance data through to payroll and produce a WPS-ready export, so punches become a payable file rather than a report someone has to retype.
